1.1. Non-Performance: If we are unable to perform the services as agreed upon in our service agreement, and the cause of non-performance is within our control, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.1. Contact Us: Notify us in writing of your request for a refund within 7 days from the date you realize that our services were not performed as agreed upon.

2.2. Provide Details: In your refund request, please provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Contact information

  • A description of the issue and the reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

3. Evaluation and Decision

We will review your refund request and assess whether it meets the eligibility criteria. We may request additional information from you as needed to evaluate the request.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Eligible Circumstances

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If the cause of non-performance is beyond our control, such as force majeure events.

  • If the service was performed as agreed upon, but you are dissatisfied with the outcome. In such cases, we may consider other forms of resolution, such as revisions or additional services.
